berbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the berbd platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "user", "player"). berbd is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

"Services" means all gaming, betting, financial transaction, and support services provided through berbd. "Account" means your personal registered user account.

To open an account and use the services at berbd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself.
• You agree to provide the documents required to verify your identity and age.
• Your place of residence must not fall under a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited.

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.

We reserve the right to request additional identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

berbd accepts transactions only through designated payment methods. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• The name on the deposit and withdrawal account must match the name on the berbd account.
• Transactions using third-party accounts are prohibited.

For unusual transactions, we reserve the right to request additional verification or temporarily place transactions on hold.

berbd offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum ৳10,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳22,000.
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10 times (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).
• Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per player account.
• The bonus must be wagered through genuine betting activity only.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.

berbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. In case of disputes regarding bonuses, berbd's decision will be considered final.

berbd's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. VIP status may be revoked if benefits are abused or fraud is attempted.

Cashback amounts are generally added to eligible accounts at the start of each week. Wagering conditions may apply to cashback balances.

berbd is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Playing using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

berbd's sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various international and domestic sporting events. The following special terms apply to this section:

• Once placed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• berbd reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• You may bet on multiple markets within the same match, however a maximum bet amount may apply.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit is prohibited.

berbd does not guarantee any specific outcome. The risk of financial loss always exists in sports betting.

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any eligible remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Voluntary closure: contact the support team to close your account.
• Self-Exclusion is available as part of responsible gaming.
• Due to Terms violation: berbd may close or suspend an account without notice.
• Long-term inactive accounts (no activity for 12 consecutive months) may be administratively closed.

After an account is closed, you may contact us by email to submit any unresolved matters or complaints.

All content on the berbd platform — logos, graphics, text, software, design, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of berbd.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content other than for personal and non-commercial use is prohibited.
• berbd's trademarks or brand name may not be used without permission.
• Content from third-party game providers is governed by their own respective licenses.

berbd is committed to providing the safest and most reliable service possible. However, berbd is not liable in the following cases:

• If the service is disrupted due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, third-party server issues).
• If login credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• If a player's device or connection affects the outcome of a game.
• If a transaction is affected by a delay or failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.

berbd always works to resolve any technical disruptions quickly and considers fair compensation for affected players.
